Weaving process through looms are continuously monitored for warp and wefts insertions and for any defective or punctured weaving, mesh size and desired output in terms of tubular / flat weaving. Quality analyst checks the strength of fabric produced and the weight is measured. GSM, mesh and other technicalities are checked to verify the out-product. Lamination gives the next input for visual inspection. Job of finishing section then has to be monitored by quality analyst for; weight and length of pieces been parted through heat cutting / laser cutting for the required weights / length sizes.
Printing analyst puts an eye while printing the lot. Visual inspection is made, to verify the eye-catching results of 4 color printing machine. Corona treatment is provided on optional basis. Cutting section analysts also inspects weaved material for weaving faults if any; prior to send the fabric for stitching. 100% checking is done, in post stitching section, when the bag attains its final shape. Bags are analyzed after stitching section’s role is over. Valve size / length / width / weight and strength are analyzed for respective adequacy desired.
