STP own 36 Circular Looms of the world’s renown, Lohia group who strengthened its manufacturing capacities in association with Starlinger& Co., Austria &Windmoller and Holscher, Germany, with decades of their expertise in Extrusion Lines and Lamination plants for plastic woven fabrics.
These looms have their history with many breakthroughs which were developed in-house at Hargovind Bajaj Research and Development Centre.
LSL-6& LSL 610, designed to weave fabrics from 12 to 48 inch, (tubular) appropriateto weave for variety of applications like plastic granules/ fertilizer/chemicals and smaller covering fabric/tarpaulin etc. This machine has an option to produce anti-slip fabric on specific requests.
Our looks are the combination of latest technology together withitsother advantages and thus these machines are specifically selected and installed for the customers requiring flexibility for the varied demands. Warp tapes are pulled from creel stands thus weaving fabric at lowest possible warp tension is possible.
Magnetic sensor and color sensor used in the machine helps in producing quality fabric.
Handling of bobbins till they are placed in creel/ shuttle is made through anti-static plastic tubs, to avoid any static impacts / handling issues. Photo-cell sensors help operators to detect and avoid weaving faults. With these machines, can manufacture 9 x 9 to 14 x 14 mesh size. Denier can be obtained from 550 to 1200, and GSM on the lower to higher end is 48 to 122.
